TENEMENT HOUSE IN CRACOW

The tenement house has been restored, maintaining its stylish character both on the outside (e.g. owing to the restoration of the historic façade) and in the form of preserved historic details such as elements of historic door and window woodwork, stucco on walls and ceilings. The historic tiled cookers were also reconstructed.
It was with this project that a special order was realised for the unusual decoration of the interior doors, double doors with coffers, which additionally serve as fire doors. It is worth noting their size – they are higher than those available in standard sizes. INTER DOOR’s designers also had to design special swing slats, coffers on the leaf, and dedicated handles in a retro style. The Investor’s goal was to preserve the style of the tenement, due to its history, but also its location – the very centre.
In order to ensure comfort, the staircase was to be equipped with a silent lift and a reception desk with 24-hour monitoring. In the underground storey there is a fitness club, available only to residents. There are 14 flats in the building, ranging in size from 55.01 m² to 118 m², as well as 2 commercial units of 86 m² and 92 m². On the top floor there are 2 spacious flats with a partially glazed retractable roof and a modern air-conditioning system. Each flat comes with a storage cellar, which can be used as a wine cellar. An additional asset attesting to the above-average standard of the proposed flats is their height (3.5 m) and large glazing in the form of portfères. All flats are equipped with state-of-the-art technical infrastructure solutions (structured cabling, alarms, satellite, etc.).
